Casual entertaining crispbread serving suggestions

Our cripsbread are simple to use when entertaining especially if unexpected guests arrive. Top with fish, meat, cheese, eggs or vegetables for a light lunch. Prepare no more than 30 minutes before serving. We’ve used our large crispbread here, but these suggestions will work on any size.

Hard cheese, radish, rocket, hazelnuts, savoury jelly

Use slices of your favourite hard, robust flavoured cheese, layered with sliced radishes and rocket leaves. Garnish with crushed hazelnuts and your favourite savoury jelly.

Parma ham, radish, red onions in fruit vinegar

Pile torn strips of parma ham onto a cripsbread and garnish with red onion slices that have been steeped in fruit vinegar for an hour, scatter radish slices over.

Cucumber, asparagus, cream cheese, herb purée

Place cream cheese on crispbread, add thin strips of cucumber and blanched asparagus, garnish with dill, drizzle with green herbs pureed with oil.

Smoked salmon, mustard sauce, dill, sweet pickled onions, potato

Spread mustard sauce on crispbread, top with smoked salmon or gravadlax, garnish with sweet pickled onion slices, thinly sliced potatoes, roe and dill.
