Large Original Sourdough Crispbread with hole 350g – case of 5 boxes


We combine Swedish tradition with British craft and natural, quality ingredients to create our hand-baked sourdough crispbread. Each batch starts with our sourdough starter, fermented for 16 hours for a unique, subtle flavour.

Sourdough crispbread is born of the Swedish tradition of preserving. Traditionally, large sourdough rounds would be baked  at harvest time until crisp and dappled, then stored on a pole over the fire during the long, dark winter months. We honour this tradition by stamping a hole through each round before baking. Break, share and enjoy them with friends, topped with your favourite cheeses, smoked salmon or pâté.
