Easter Recipes

Our Easter recipe collection features some of our favourite recipes, perfect for entertaining over the bank holiday weekend. Simple dishes, full of flavour and delicious ingredients that complement our range of sourdough crackers and crispbreads.

Canapés

A simple, striking canapé to stand out on any Easter table. Inspired by classic scandi flavours, Clarence Court quails eggs are placed in a quick beetroot pickle for a few hours to absorb a vibrant purple colour. Served on our Rye & Charcoal Sourdough Crackers with a dill and chive sour cream. Find the full Easter recipe here.

Another simple idea is to top our Original Sourdough Crackers with a teaspoon of olive tapenade, a thin slice of tomato and a sprig of micro herb or the smaller leaves of basil. Add a glass of fizz to enhance even further!

Dips

Easter recipes don’t need to be complicated. Dips are an easy and rewarding inclusion to a seasonal gathering, requiring minimal effort, allowing more time to spend with family and friends. Brighten up the Spring table with a Beetroot Hummus. Using only a few ingredients, this dip is guaranteed to delight and pairs well with our Seeded Sourdough Flatbreads. Find the recipe here.

Sweet

Our Easter recipes had to feature chocolate. The combination of the crunch of one of our Original Sourdough Crackers with the bitter sweetness of dark chocolate and a hint of sea salt is a hit for all generations.

Simply, melt your favourite chocolate (we like to use Pump Street Chocolate) over a low heat. Next, dip a sourdough cracker into the melted chocolate and place on a baking tray.  Finally, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt (we use Halen Mon sea salt crystals) and leave to cool before enjoying.
