Kladdkaka
Kladdkaka is a Swedish delicacy which even has it’s own Facebook fan club. It literally translates as “gooey-cake”. It is a dense, sticky chocolate cake with a soft centre and it’s perfect served with whipped cream and a steaming hot cup of coffee.

Cinnamon Bun
Cinnamon buns are known in Sweden as “kanelbulle”. They are a social institution in Sweden. They even have their own day! (Cinnamon Bun Day is October 4th) Our typically Swedish, beautifully knotted buns also have a hint of cardamom, a spice from the ginger family.

Mazarin
The Mazarin Cake is named after George Mazarin, who was a French General at the time of Napoleon. The Mazarin cake consists of short crust pastry and almond marzipan, decorated with icing. They are traditionally served in their own tin foil baking cases.

7 Types of Cookies
Sju sorters kakor –translates as 7 kinds of cookies. Based on the 19th century Swedish tradition of never offering guests less than seven varieties of biscuits, how could we offer you anything less? All of our cookies and biscotties are hand-made from traditional Swedish recipes.

No-compromise pizza

Made from our own sourdough starter, Shipton Mill flour and our special tomato sauce recipe we’ve created a no-compromise pizza inspired by some of the best bakeries in the world. With three simple toppings: vegetarian, anchovies, salami ventricina or parma ham its made with no shortcuts and the best ingredients we can find.
